لعبة Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood هي لعبة فيديو أكشن مغامرات صدرت في عام 2010، وهي الجزء الرئيسي الثالث من سلسلة أساسنز كريد. تتميز بكرافيك قوي وممتعة وتتكرف اللعبة في هذا الجزء اللعب بشخصيتى Desmond Miles & Ezio Auditore وإستخدام قدراتهم القتالية فى التخفى والتسلل للقضاء على الأعداء وإستكشاف البيئة المحيطة بهم بداخل العالم المفتوح الكبير الذى تتمتع به اللعبة وبهذا الجزء سيتم إستكمال أحداث الجزء الثانى باللعبة الذى إنتهى بمهاجمة الحراس للبطل Desmond Miles والفريق الذي معه في مكان عملهم مما دفعهم للهرب مع قضاء Ezio على البابا الذي كان يحلم بالحصول على القوى من خلال تفاحة عدن وتدور أحداث قصة هذا الجزء بداخل مدينة روما وتم إضافة طور اللعب الجماعى لأول مرة بداخل هذا الجزء من السلسلة حيث يتم وضع 8 لاعبين مع بعضهم بداخل خريطة واحدة وتحديد أهداف محددة لقتلهم .
